A security checkpoint in Dali province successfully intercepted a large shipment of military materials intended for missile manufacturing, en route from the capital Aden to Houthi-controlled areas in Sana’a, on Sunday.
According to security sources in the northern Maris area of Dali, officers stopped a truck carrying materials used in military industries on the main road. The sources indicated that this shipment is part of a broader operation involving several trucks traveling from Aden towards Sana’a.
Preliminary investigations with the truck driver revealed alarming information about suspicious movements expected to take place in the coming days. Sources added that estimates suggest over a hundred trucks may depart from Aden port within the next two days, carrying goods enclosed in thick metal structures likely intended for military production, including the local assembly of missiles.
