The Presidential Leadership Council has reaffirmed its commitment to taking all necessary legal and administrative measures against any movements by the Southern Transitional Council that occur outside the constitutional framework. The council emphasized that exploiting official positions or influence to impose de facto policies constitutes a serious violation of the constitution and the law.

A senior official explained that presidential directives require all officials to comply with the decisions of the Presidential Leadership Council, the government program, and the transitional phase guidelines, noting that the council alone is authorized to set the country's high-level political positions.

In this context, Rashad al-Alimi, head of the Presidential Leadership Council, warned against compromising national achievements, urging unity around the state project and adherence to the rule of law. Al-Alimi stressed that any violations on the ground would be met with strict legal accountability.
